As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may be denied. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it has been received.

When will I receive my refund?

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will usually be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received or the cancellation request has been approved.
